Who we are
This website is operated by Naneer Group, the data controller for information collected through it. Registered address: Registered address (to be confirmed).
Information we collect
- Enquiries you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if given), the topic you choose and your message.
- EWMS requests. If you request a demo, pricing or set-up help for EWMS, we receive your organisation and contact details and what you tell us about your needs.
- Supply requests and supplier registrations. If you ask Naneer Procurement & Supply to source goods, or register your company as a supplier, we receive your organisation and contact details, the details you provide about what you need or supply, and any document you attach.
- Hiring requests. If you ask Naneer Talent Solutions to help fill a role, we receive your organisation and contact details, the role details you provide and any job description you attach.
- Candidate registrations. If you register with Naneer Talent Solutions, we receive the details and CV described below.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. To stop automated spam, our forms keep a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address for up to a day; we never store the address itself with your submission.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Candidate registrations (Naneer Talent Solutions)
If you register as a candidate, we collect your name, contact details, location, career preferences, experience, skills, any salary expectation or LinkedIn profile you choose to share, and your CV. We use this information only to consider you for recruitment opportunities and to contact you about roles that match your stated preferences and qualifications. We share it with an employer only in connection with a specific opportunity.
Candidate details and CVs are kept in secure, access-controlled storage, not in shared inboxes. CVs can only be opened by authorised Naneer staff, through links that expire after one minute, and every view is recorded. We keep your registration for two years after we last updated it or were in touch with you about it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. If you tick the box for job alerts and updates, we may also email you about opportunities; you can stop these at any time.
You can ask us to update your CV or preferences, or to remove your information entirely, at any time through our information request form.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and route it to the right Naneer business.
- To consider registered candidates for relevant recruitment opportunities.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We do not sell personal information.
How we store and protect it
Everything submitted through our forms is saved to a private database and file store used only by Naneer. Only Naneer staff with their own sign-in can see it; what each person can see and change is enforced by the database itself, and changes, file views and exports are recorded in an audit log.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run this website and store what you send us: Vercel, which hosts the website, and Supabase, which provides the database and file storage (region: Supabase project region (to be confirmed)). These providers may process data outside Nigeria; where they do, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. We share candidate information with an employer only in connection with a specific opportunity, and we never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
- Candidate registrations and CVs: two years after the last update or contact.
- General enquiries: two years after we have responded.
- EWMS enquiries that don't become customers: two years after the last contact.
- Hiring requests, supply requests and quotations: three years after the request is completed or closed.
- Supplier registrations we don't take forward: two years.
- Information requests made under this policy: three years after we complete them, as a record that we did.
After these periods, the information and any attached files are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent at any time, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, use our information request form. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
This website is intended for adults and organisations, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top.
